What is My Account?

It is easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account" after you sign in to your account. With "My Account." 

-Manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone number, mobile number, and e-mail address, or
-Change your password
-Track the status of your orders
-See your Wishlist

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once the payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Thehousebee will send a confirmation mail of your order to the e-mail address associated with your Thehousebee account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference along with the listing of items you have ordered and an expected time of delivery. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Is it possible to order a product that is out of stock?

Yes it maybe possible depending upon the seller you've chosen. Usually manufacturer sellers can specially manufacture a product for you.

Shopping and Payment

Is it necessary to have Thehousebee account to shop?

While it is not necessary to have Thehousebee account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your e-mail ID.


How do I make a payment for a Thehousebee purchase?

Thehousebee offers multiple methods to make payments for your order:

Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Bank Transfer, paytm and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Thehousebee and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is an alternative method of purchasing from us. In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery rather than paying in advance. Please note that the courier person will give you the parcel only after he receives the cash payment. You cannot open the parcel before the payment. In case of any concerns after opening the parcel, you can contact us on customercare@thehousebee.com

 

Are there any charges for a COD ?

There may be COD charges per product, which will be communicated to you when you transact on Thehousebee. We do not process COD orders for invoice value of more than Rs. 5000/=. Placing a Cash on Delivery (COD) Order, all products are valid for order by Cash on Delivery except for those where it is specifically written in the description "Cash on Delivery is not available." Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to Checkout.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 or 4 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back/ front of the card) and complete the payment flow.
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Thehousebee and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

 

I am asked by Courier Company to pay Octroi. What should I do?

Octroi is payable if applicable.  Most of the states and cities in India are octroi free, save for the following cities where octroi is leviable.

Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri & Chinchwardi, Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, Akola.

Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Thehousebee is not responsible for any octroi payments.


Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Thehousebee. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “Sign In” link on the top right of any page of our store and sign In to your account. This will take you to your "Account" page, where you can click on the "My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. 

To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with shipping details.

 

What do the different order status mean ?

-Processing: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
-Shipped: Your order has been shipped out from the designated premises, and is on its way to your delivery location.
-Complete:Your order has been delivered at your specified delivery location.
-Canceled: The order was canceled.

When and how can I cancel an order ?

Kindly do not be in a hurry to finalise our order, check your budget, consult your friends & family. This is why we have a 'Save Your Search' option available, BECAUSE THE ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE PLACED.

Packaging, Shipping and Delivery

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged at the designated place of dispatch - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is waterproofed with a plastic wrap.

 

What are the delivery charges?

Sellers provide free delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping charges depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items and is mentioned clearly on the product page. "

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 - 10 working days for domestic orders and 21-30 working days for international orders. customized items would take 25-30 days in domestic and 30-45 days International. All orders get shipped within 5- 7 working days from the designated premises. Thehousebee does not intend bringing to you old, obsolete designs or damaged/ rejected merchandise.

 

How will the delivery be done?

-We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex for our Prime Hide leather products and sellers on our website are urged to use the same in case of different mode of courier the customer will be informed at time of purchase.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Does Thehousebee deliver internationally?

Thehousebee does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use DHL, DTDC and FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.

 

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All Thehousebee items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We will

e-mail you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.

Cancellations & Returns

How do I get a defective item, ordered on thehousebee.com, replaced?

We have easy and convenient return policy to buy our products. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within two days from the date of delivery, and we will try to resolve your refund request. In case of damaged products, please send us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the product on our e-mail customercare@thehousebee.com. The cost of return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the seller if the seller is at fault.
